Race Across France 500km
June 26, 2026 - Albertville → Mandelieu-la-Napoule, France
New format, same obsession. The RAF 500km plunges straight into the heart of the Alps, Galibier, Izoard, Vars, Allos, with 8,500m of climbing packed into 48 hours. Shorter than 2025's 2,500km beast, but the mountains don't care about distance.

The Route
The most mountainous event in the Race Across Series. From Albertville, the route climbs the Col du Télégraphe before tackling the Col du Galibier (2,642m). Then south through the Col d'Izoard and Col de Vars before a basecamp stop in Barcelonnette. The second half sends you over the Col d'Allos and the Col du Tanneron before dropping down to the Mediterranean at Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Mountains up, sea down.
